Terms, Conditions, Refunds and Policies

If you have a reason for a return or exchange we will be happy to help.  Please review the reason we will accept a return or exchange and make sure your reason is listed.  If it is, we will be happy to help.

Reasons for Return or Exchanges

  • Broken product
  • Damaged bag/packaging of food product upon arrival
  • Stale or expired food upon arrival
  • Broken or defective toys, ripped clothes or damaged physical goods
  • Package looks tampered with upon arrival
  • Clothing doesn’t fit the intended person or animal
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Wrong product shipped
  • Never received the item

 

 

 

Reasons We Will Not Refund/Exchange a Product

  • Animal doesn’t like the treat
  • Animal won’t wear the clothes or play with the toy

In order to refund a product for a full refund we ask that you have the original receipt/e mail and it’s done within 30 days of purchasing. It’s a 7 day window for food products as they expire.  After 30 days of purchasing we will exchange a product for the exact same product with a receipt. Shipping costs are not refunded.  If the wrong product was shipped – one you didn’t order we will repay to ship the item back and we will reship the right item to you at no additional cost.  All merchandise items must be returned in their original box, unused and able to be restocked or a refund will not be issued – UNLESS DEFECTIVE.

NOTICE:

If a food product arrives and the packaging is ripped or damaged in anyway, please DO NOT feed any of the contents to your furry friend.  Contact us immediately!

At Gladdy’s Goodies we refuse to discriminate against anyone for any reason.  We believe everyone is created equal therefore we will not deny anyone the opportunity to do business with  nor work with us based on their ethnic background, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, political affiliations, profession or gender.

We believe that none of those have any validity when it comes to purchasing pet products nor your ability to maintain and thrive while working at Gladdy’s Goodies.

If you feel at any time that you have been discriminated against by an employee of Gladdy’s Goodies we encourage you to bring it to our attention immediately so that we may handle the situation.

It’s also the policy of Gladdy’s Goodies to not push ideals upon our customers.  We also ask that the same be done to our employees.  This has nothing to do with pet treats and pet supplies.
